Look around society today. Most people are not operating from authenticity - they are operating from fear. Fear of losing their job, fear of breaking laws they never consciously agreed to, fear of judgment from others and themselves. This fear is so deeply ingrained that it feels normal. People punish themselves before the system even needs to.
But the Doginal Dogs see through this illusion. At least some of them do. They understand that the world has been blanketed in low frequencies that suffocate human potential. The authenticity that once flowed freely is now buried under layers of conditioning, regulation, and suppression. All for one single entity to have power and control of the population, the government, sickness.
This is exactly why the Doginal Dogs attract people - because they radiate a fragment of pure authenticity that still remains on this planet. And when people encounter authenticity, they feel it instantly, they get attracted to it ofcourse, just for the simple reason that authenticity is the highset frequency of all, it is the essence of true life and what the meaning of life itself is, to expand as much as possible, for the best organisations/organisms to take the most marketshares, because that is the most life being given to ALL there ever could be, do you believe me yet? It awakens something in them that no job, no paycheck, no false sense of security, nothing at all in the physical realm ever could.
Giving Without Expectation
Here lies a crucial truth: most organizations operate on extraction, there is nothing you can say to change my mind and the truth of this. People ask, “What do I get in return?” or "I help those who help me". They don’t understand the universal law of giving and receiving, and i do not wanna work with them. If all of us only extract, life itself would collapse, and there would be nothing left inside of this molecular structure of existence we find ourselves in. Do you think another planet asks for something in return for existing? come on now. wake up.
Authenticity operates differently. It gives without expectation. It knows that isolation ("you give me i give you" mentality creates an isolation which does not exist in existence, everything is seamlessly connected with everything else) is an illusion, and that separation does not exist in the structure of reality. To expect something back is to operate from fear of lack, fear of not surviving. And fear cannot create abundance.
The Doginal Dogs dismantle this extraction mindset. They create a culture where giving is natural (becoming more and more so, thats what my job is here to prove atleast), where contribution is not a transaction but an expression of authenticity, and people who understand authenticity are automatically attracted to that extreme frequency of authenticity, because authenticity is life itself, this is the ultimate conclusion, my pleasure. And from that soil, an entirely new ecosystem grows - one where energy given returns multiplied, not because it was demanded, but because that is how life expands. Without any asks for returns of favors and stuff, the energy of consciousness can flow freely without interruptions and resistance, and we all know (now at least) that when there is a path of least resistance, every single energy of life will take it, and this is the fastest way to grow, so the reason the energy coming back to someone who gives is tenfold, is exactly because of this, life rewards it, because you will experience more life yourself since the energies of life flows so relentlessly in an environment of authenticity.
The Highest Level of Leadership
Most organizations focus on production. They think their business ends there. But production has limits. Money has limits. Chasing more of it eventually becomes a trap.
The extremely few organizations that transcend this limitation understand something deeper: the infinite potential of people. When you focus on people development, when leaders develop leaders, growth has no ceiling. It becomes lie a contagious sickness that spreads uncontrollably, but a good sickness in this case, haha.
This is what sets the Doginal Dogs apart from every other organization in Web3, and in business as a whole. Their focus is not merely on outputs but on the operating systems of human beings. That's what everything strives for, with Ai and all these things emerging. to become as aligned as possible to the consciousness that is already existing everywhere. Consciousness will always be the highest, because thats what Ai is striving for. Everything is striving for this, thats how everything grows. Alignment. Never chase.
